    I had a fantastic time with my friends at a hotel offering great amenities. We spent a fun day at Ski Dubai, enjoying snow activities, and another day exploring the Dubai Aquarium. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable.

    Unfortunately, the room cleaning was inconsistent. we returned a couple of times to uncleaned rooms, which was disappointing.

    We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting Ski Dubai with our two girls. They loved playing in the snow and the amazing snow activities available for the whole family. The food at the hotel's restaurant was diverse, catering to all tastes.

    Had an awesome time with my friends! We spent a day at Ski Dubai, hitting the slopes, and another at the Dubai Aquarium, checking out the sharks. The beach access was fantastic too! Just a heads up for future guests, breakfast options can be limited, so plan accordingly.

    One downside was the shower took forever to get hot water, which was pretty inconvenient.

    Several issues popped up during the stay. The buffet dinner fell short of expectations, so I opted out for the second night. The pool, located on the third floor of a 17-storey building, didn't catch any sun for nearly half the day, making it less inviting for lounging. The air conditioning struggled, making the room less comfortable.

    Had a great time with friends! We spent a day at Ski Dubai enjoying snow activities and visited the Dubai Aquarium to see amazing sea life. The hotel staff was friendly, and the pool area was relaxing. Don't miss Lilly's restaurant for a nice meal with a view!

    We had trouble accessing the beach resort. there was no shuttle available, which made things a bit confusing for us.

    I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Room with a city view. The staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The view of Burj Khalifa was stunning. Access to the private beach was a nice bonus! 😍
